Tonight: open the guide and read pages 3 to 7. That is the Nigerian Voice Formula, the fill-in-the-blank template that makes ChatGPT sound like your business instead of a brand in New Jersey. Nothing else. Just those pages.
Before bed: fill in the formula once with your own details, your product, your customer, the way your customers actually talk to you, and run it. Then use the Robotic-to-Real Editing Checklist on page 19 to clean up anything that still sounds foreign. Give it 15 minutes. You should be holding one caption you would genuinely post.
Tomorrow morning: open the 30+ Copy-Paste Prompt Library on page 8 and pick three prompts, one caption, one DM reply, one promo post. Fill them, generate, edit, post the caption. That is Day 1 done before your first customer messages you.
